Responsibilities
Provide clerical and administration support to after-sales team
Handle and follow up on customer enquiries via phone/whatsapp/email
Collaborate with technicians on daily repair work orders
Participate in ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Diploma or above with 2 years clerical experience
Experience in service centre/equipment maintenance is an advantage
Proficiency in PC skill and Chinese word processing
Detailed-mind, patient, good communication and interpersonal skills
Good Command of English and Chinese
