Responsibilities

• Oversee the Manufacturing Engineering department which cover SMT, COB, MI/WS, AI/SS, Process & Industrial Engineering (PIE) and Test Engineering (TE)

• Drive and manage Failure Analysis & Test Engineering for Product quality yield improvement.

• Lead Process & Industrial Engineering for Manufacturing Efficiency improvement

• Early involvement with Design & Development engineering on NPI activities.

• Drive preventive & predictive Equipment & Testers Maintenanceto optimize machine utilization.

• Maintain the Manufacturing Execution System

• Involved in RFQ and Product costing projects

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree holder

• 12 years+ experience in Manufacturing Engineering of which 8 years in managerial position in EMS environment

• Experiences in Surface Mount Technology (SMT), Chip on Board (COB), Manual Insertion/Wave Soldering (MI/WS) and Auto-Insertion/Selective Soldering (AI/SS) experience is an advantage

• Experience in Equipment maintenance in automated manufacturing environment is an advantage

• Experience in maintaining Manufacturing Execution system is an advantage

• Fluent in English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
