Lead 7-8 staffs

Identify training needs and develop training plans for staffs to help establish the values, spirit and culture of the company

Conduct and update various training programs to enhance technical competences, work knowledge and soft skills development

To plan and design training and operations manuals across all company brands, making sure all procedures are well documented and put into practic
-
Prepare annual training calendar, training reports and training budget planning

Design and conduct individualized and group training programs that improving performance;
-
Degree holder or above in Human Resources Management, Training and Development, Business Administration or related disciplines

Min 6-8 years solid training and development experiences

Experience in sizable company will be definitely advantage.

Experience in beauty industry/ Skin Care / Makeup is a must
-
Strong organizational, communication (English & Chinese) and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in MS office and Chinese Word Processing.

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese and Putonghua
