Partner closely with the HR Head to implement HR strategies aligned with business goals

Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management and talent development

Oversee Compensation & Benefits (C&B) and payroll operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations

Support end-to-end execution and co-ordination of talent management process and talent development framework to strengthen the talent pipeline and succession planning

Ensure all HR operations adhere to local legal, labour law and Corporate standard

Support HR projects, including workforce planning, succession planning, and HR analytics

Generate analytical reports, such as global headcount reviews and acceptance rate analyses

Degree in HR Management

Minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience

With regional experience (support offshore offices) is a MUST
-
Experience in HR analytics and reporting
-
Proficiency in HRIS systems and data management
-
Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
