HR - Manager / Assistant Manager (with regional exp - support APAC offices)
Our client is now seeking for high caliber candidate to fill up the following position:
 
Responsibilities: 
  • Partner closely with the HR Head to implement HR strategies aligned with business goals

  • Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management and talent development

  • Oversee Compensation & Benefits (C&B) and payroll operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations

  • Support end-to-end execution and co-ordination of talent management process and talent development framework to strengthen the talent pipeline and succession planning 

  • Ensure all HR operations adhere to local legal, labour law and Corporate standard

  • Support HR projects, including workforce planning, succession planning, and HR analytics

  • Generate analytical reports, such as global headcount reviews and acceptance rate analyses

Requirements:  
  • Degree in HR Management

  • Minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience

  • With regional experience (support offshore offices) is a MUST

  • Experience in HR analytics and reporting

  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and data management

  • Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
