Responsibilities

• To support seasonal market trend research (familiar with the US/Europe market)

• To inspire the design idea for trend collection and customer style

• To support customers’ meetings and digital CADs (3D/APEX) requests

• To collect customers’ requirements and needs

• To assist in development of swatches and samples

• To liaise with sample factories about sample development progress

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• 3 years relevant working experience (sweater design and development preferred)

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua)

• Familiar with design software/programme: APEX (3D), Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Canva

• Knowledge for quality and material to apply for all seasons

• Be flexible and open minded to grow the skill in new technology, e.g. AI

• Proactive, details oriented, good team player, willing to learn, strong problem solving skills, interpersonal and communication skills, able to meet tight schedule on timely manner

• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Designer

• Immediately available is highly preferred
