Responsibilities

• Managing and coordinating the airfreight operations team to ensure all shipments are processed according to schedule and customer requirements

• Monitoring and optimizing workflow processes to improve productivity and minimise delays

• Liaising with airlines, freight forwarders, and other logistics providers to facilitate seamless transportation of goods

• Generating reports and analysing data to identify areas for process improvement

• Resolving customer inquiries and addressing any issues that may arise

• Providing training and mentorship to junior members of the airfreight operations team

• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in AIRFREIGHT OPERATIONS or a similar logistics role

• Excellent understanding of airfreight processes, including customs clearance, cargo handling, and documentation

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle time-sensitive and complex situations

• Proficient in using logistics management systems and data analysis tools

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders

• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

• Positive attitude, reliable, cheerful manner, patient, self-motivated and good team player

• Willing to work overtime

• Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)

• Alternate Saturday-off
