Responsibilities

• Oversee and review payment processes for raw material purchases and daily expenses

• ⁠Prepare monthly journal entries and accruals, ensuring accurate reconciliation of actual spending vs. budgeted amounts

  •⁠  ⁠Conduct financial reporting, variance analysis, and performance reviews for business units

  •⁠  ⁠Resolve operational issues, ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams and vendors

  •⁠  ⁠Develop budgets and financial forecasts to support strategic planning

  •⁠  ⁠Assist in system implementation and data warehouse setup, supporting accounting automation initiatives

  •⁠  ⁠Take on ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field; advanced qualifications are a plus

• 8+ years of supervisory accounting experience, preferably in trading and manufacturing industries

• Strong knowledge of business operations and financial control systems

• A detail-oriented team player, capable of handling pressure, urgent tasks, and tight deadlines

• Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with SAP HANA, RPA, and system implementation is highly advantageous

• Fluent in English and Chinese, with exceptional communication skills

• Self-motivated, independent, results-driven, and resilient under pressure
