Job Description:
- Support the project team in project delivery administration;
- Liaising with stakeholders - your team members, the client, subcontractors and other relevant personnel;
- Establishing strong working relationships with delivery partners;
- Working across all aspects of project delivery from concept to handover;
- Utilise technology to be innovative, efficient, and consistent;
- Ensure project deliverables are provided efficiently, while achieving the high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance;
- Contributing to design packages, preparing applications, and assisting with preparation/review of project documentation.
Requirements:
- Degree in Architectural, Engineering, Construction, Science, Design for Manufacturing or related discipline;
- Strong self-time management and prioritization;
- Knowledge in preparing project documentation is preferred;
- Experience in providing project administration and coordination support is preferred;
- Basic MS office capabilities;
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply;
- Candidate with less experience / Fresh graduate will be considered in Assistant Project Officer.
