Job Responsibilities:
- Providing secretarial function and wide range of administration support to senior management, not only in arranging meetings, organize in/out documents, office supplies (e.g. stationery, etc), and support ad hoc issues, etc.
- Responsible for tender/ project management support
- Assist in presales presentation and proposal documents preparation
- Support project team and management for project contracts documents
- Prepare data and reports to support project team
- Coordinate with client and contractors /related parties
Job Requirements:
- Certificate holder, prefer in Business or Building Services discipline
- Experience in tender and project bidding process is highly preferable
- Effective interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Good in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel and PPT
