Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the operations and administration of the Department
- Manage department resources and ensure smooth operations
- Improve standards of care and assist in formulating and implementing nursing policies and plans
- Set work schedule and roster for staff
- Supervise nursing staff and menial staff in providing care to patients
- Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree holder in Nursing
- Holder of a Certificate of Registration and a valid Practising Certificate issued by the Nursing Council of Hong Kong
- Minimum 10 years nursing experience, of which 5 years must be at supervisory level
- Relevant post-registration clinical nursing qualification and/or management training is preferable
