• Evaluate, plan and perform physiotherapy treatments to members individually or in group according to members' need
• Work closely with a multi-disciplinary team to develop, implement, and regularly review individual care plans
• Provide services at locations including but not limited to hospital to meet operational needs
• Educate members and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise
• Supervise support staff and provide training and guidance on best practices in physiotherapy
• Oversee the department operation including equipment maintenance and conduct inventory checks of rehabilitation items
• Keep updated record on service for service monitoring by relevant authorities and progress note of individual members for multi-disciplinary communication
• Develop clinical guidelines, protocols and care process for members
• Participate in clinical audits and departmental improvement projects
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors

• Bachelor Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent
• Registered with valid Practicing Certificate from Physiotherapist Board of Hong Kong
• At least 2 years' full-time relevant experience in elderly day care service
• Good commend of both written and spoken English and Chinese
