Responsibilities
Operations and maintenance of E-Shop, including product listing, content updates, promotion updates, EDM, etc.
Work with Marketing and Buying to implement online sales and promotional campaign
Work with IT on system issues and enhancements
Prepare and analyze the E-Shop performance report
Analyze and monitor ROI, formulating and implementing effective sales strategies to increase sales revenue
Requirements
DSE / Form 5 or above
A minimum of 3 years related hands-on experience in retail eCommerce operations/Online Store/website maintenance, preferably in the fashion industry
Knowledge of SEO, Google & Social Media Ads, SEO is preferred
Strong analytical skills, well-organized, self-starter, and able to manage multiple tasks
Strong insights of digital advertising concepts, strategies, and best practices
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
Immediate availability is an advantage
