Responsibilities
To lead and motivate your team (in Zhongshan) to achieve the company's sales targets
To identify, manage and develop new sales opportunities
To communicate and establish strong relationship with key clients and business associates
To coordinate with Design & Product Development Team and Purchasing Team to develop new products and market strategy
To develop and implement sales/marketing strategy for the Client’s worldwide network, meeting company’s annual targets
To spearhead the promotion and sales of the Client’s global business
To collect and present market intelligent and make recommendations to the Client on business development and strategy
To identify future opportunities and strategic plans in collaboration with the Client’s business-unit heads for growth
To travel aboard to attend clients’ meetings and overseas exhibition with no refusal
Requirements
DSE / Form 5 or above
At least 15 years in sales, business development and in garment Manufacturing Industry, and specialize in Lingerie products
Excellent management skill with at least 5 years’ experience as top sales management in a sizable company
Fluent in both English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
Regular visits to our factories on the Mainland (located in Zhongshan & Kaiping) for a minimum of 3 days and 2 nights per week are required. (Being stationed for 5 days a week is a significant advantage)
