Our client is now seeking for high caliber candidate to fill up the following position:

Head of HR (with Manufacturing background & Regional exp)
Responsibilities: 
    • Oversee all HR functions across Hong Kong, China and Asian manufacturing sites

    • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business growth objectives

    • Act as strategic advisor to senior leadership on organizational development

    • Be one of the driver on change and transformation initiatives

    • Drive various HR improvement projects to support the development of the company

    • Collaborate with business units to align HR initiatives with operational needs

    • Provide expert guidance on workforce planning and change management

    • Analyze HR metrics to support data-driven business decisions

    • Implement and review HR policies and procedures to support the Company's needs.

    • Advice on best practices, labour laws, and legislation changes to ensure market competitiveness and compliance, and communicate these effectively to all stakeholders

    • Ensure full compliance with local employment laws and labor regulations

Requirements:  
    • Degree in HR Management

    • Minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience

    • Exp in manufacturing industry

    • With regional experience (APAC offices) is a MUST

    • Proficiency of the Hong Kong and China labor law and regulatory

    • Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
