Collaborate with business units to align HR initiatives with operational needs

Provide expert guidance on workforce planning and change management

Analyze HR metrics to support data-driven business decisions

Implement and review HR policies and procedures to support the Company's needs.

Advice on best practices, labour laws, and legislation changes to ensure market competitiveness and compliance, and communicate these effectively to all stakeholders

Ensure full compliance with local employment laws and labor regulations

Degree in HR Management
-
Minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience

Exp in manufacturing industry

With regional experience (APAC offices) is a MUST
-
Proficiency of the Hong Kong and China labor law and regulatory
-
Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
-
