Identifying, analyzing the new product development

Source skincare/cosmetics formulation and packaging from manufacturers especially in the Asia Pacific

Manage and follow up whole cosmetics/skincare product development process and ensure adherence to approved and favorable cost from negotiating for maximizing product GP, quality and delivery standards
-
To work closely with retail and sales management to ensure that store layouts, promotions and display techniques are effective in maximizing sales and profit from the specific merchandise categories.

To negotiate and work with vendors to build mutually beneficial relationships to ensure long term strategic partnership

Maintain effective communication both internal and external parties

Bachelor degree in marketing/ merchandising, retail management or related disciplines
-
At least 8 year of experience in purchasing/sourcing, cosmetics/ skincare products is preferred

Strategic, good business acumen and communication skills
-
Proficiency in spoken and written English and Putonghua
-
Energetic/ Presentable/Good Marketing Sense
