Responsibilities

• Follow up local and overseas email orders and daily inquires

• Co-operate with Purchasing Order team, Shipping team and Finance team to catch up tight delivery schedule

• Perform good customer service, complains solving, establish relationship with customers

• Support general office work, phone inquiries and any ad hoc projects as required

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• At least 3 years solid working experience in customer service, preferably in apparel zipper industry

• Good zipper knowledge is an advantage

• Proficiency in using ERP system and PC skills including MS office

• Responsible, self-motivated, independent, willing to learn and positive attitude

• Fluent/Good command in spoken and written English & Putonghua
