Responsibilities
Follow up local and overseas email orders and daily inquires
Co-operate with Purchasing Order team, Shipping team and Finance team to catch up tight delivery schedule
Perform good customer service, complains solving, establish relationship with customers
Support general office work, phone inquiries and any ad hoc projects as required
Requirements
DSE / Form 5 or above
At least 3 years solid working experience in customer service, preferably in apparel zipper industry
Good zipper knowledge is an advantage
Proficiency in using ERP system and PC skills including MS office
Responsible, self-motivated, independent, willing to learn and positive attitude
Fluent/Good command in spoken and written English & Putonghua
