Responsibilities
Be responsible for full spectrum of human resources services, including but not limited to recruitment, compensation & benefits, tax reporting, performance management, workforce planning, talent development and employee relationship
Act as a trusted business partner to advise management and business leaders on people matters
Drive a proactive and efficient recruitment process
Manage employee data and ensure all records are update and accurate
Assist in managing daily HR operations and deliver high quality HR services and support to staff across levels and departments
Ensure HR compliance internally and externally
Support the development, planning and implementation of HR initiatives
Support/lead HR projects and ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
DSE / Form 5 or above
With 8 years relevant work experience
Well-versed with Employment Ordinance and related legislations in Hong Kong
Good time management skills and ability to priorities multiple tasks
Result-oriented with strong logical thinking
Mature, independent and a good team player
Strong communication skills, able to work independently and under the pressure
Retail experiences is a plus
Hands-on HR experience in Singapore, Macau, and China, with the ability to support and guide regional HR teams is highly desirable
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Human Resources Officer
