Responsibilities
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding
Oversee compensation and benefits administration, including but not limited to payroll, taxation, MPF administration, report and data analysis for management review
Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters
Collaborate with the HR team to identify and address HR-related challenges and opportunities
Participate in HR projects and initiatives to drive continuous improvement
Handle staff inquiries regarding payroll and benefits matters in a timely and professional manner
Coordinate with internal teams on compensation and benefits operation
Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
DSE / Form 5 or above
Minimum 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within the FMCG or retail sector
Well-versed in Hong Kong and Macau employment ordinances
High level of accuracy, confidentiality and attention to detail
Responsible, self-motivated, well-organized, and able to work independently
Strong knowledge of payroll calculation
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Human Resources Officer
Immediately available is highly preferred
