The panel will evaluate and decide on the award companies based on the judging criteria described below:
- Innovation and improvement of HR initiatives
- A strong reputation for implementing HR initiatives which have anticipated employee needs and improve employees' well-being
- Good employer-employee working relations
- Commercial impact of HR practice with business objectives
