The Employer of Choice Award, organized by JobMarket, is a prestigious award honors the very best organizations that have demonstrated superior talent management strategies, programs and HR best practices. Following the success since 2014, the Employer of Choice Award 2020 is entering its 7th year, continues to reward outstanding organizations, celebrate companies that have revolutionized working life in the new era.

The Award honors organizations, senior executives, and HR professionals for their outstanding achievements to talent management in the workplace and workforce, enable them to share and showcase successful initiatives and experiences. It highlights the excellent achievements of organisations base on quantifiable results.

How to Enter

  • The award committee will carry out in-depth research on potential organizations and will invite them to enter the Employer of Choice Award and / or Outstanding HR Service Provider Award by completing the entry proposal form provided by Job Market.
  • Awards are open to nominated organizations which have operations in Hong Kong during 1 July, 2018 to 30 June, 2020.
  • Strategies presented in the application should be executed during 1 July, 2018 to 30 June, 2020.
  • Organizations who are eligible to be winner of the Employer of Choice Award can also submit their entries to Professional Award, and 1 of the Appreciation Culture Award or Asia Pacific Outstanding Employer Award. Please state clearly on the entry proposal which category you are entering.
  • Organizations who submit the application for Professional Awards can compete for maximum of 4 areas in the category.
  • If organizations enter both The Employer of Choice Award and Outstanding HR Service Provider Award, they are not eligible to submit the entry to Appreciation Culture Award or Asia Pacific Outstanding Employer Award.
