Prof. Simon Shun-Man HO is the President of Hang Seng Management College in Hong Kong since 2014. He is a certified public accountant in the UK, Australia and Canada.

He is Chairman of the Hong Kong Corporate Governance Forum, Editor of the Asian Journal of Business Ethics, Board Member of Monte Jade Science and Technology Association, and Board Member of the Hong Kong-ASEAN Economic Cooperation Foundation.

Previously, he was Vice Rector (Academic Affairs) of the University of Macau, Dean of the School of Business at the Hong Kong Baptist University, and Director of the School of Accountancy at The Chinese University of Hong Kong.

His works on corporate governance, family business, business ethics and stakeholder theory have received wide attention and international awards. He was the first Chinese awarded the Faculty Pioneer Award (described as Oscar of the business school world by the Financial Times) by the Aspen Institute, USA in 2008. Further, he was elected as one of the 100 Most Influential People in Business Ethics 2008 by Ethisphere, one of the world's most recognized bodies in business ethics and anti-corruption.

As a committed advocate for liberal arts education, he writes and talks widely sharing his commitments to nurturing satisfying, soulful and socially responsible graduates.

蘇女士持香港中文大學文學士、新媒體理學碩士及哈佛大學商學院非牟利機構管理課程 。

1990 年蘇女士加入香港紅十字會，曾任國際及賑災服務部主管、傳訊及資源發展部主管、副秘書長，由2015 年起擔任秘書長。

蘇女士曾參與世界各地大型災難救援及重建項目，亦為紅十字會與紅新月會國際聯合會緊急災難評估及協調小組成員，及其亞太區籌資工作者網路創會成員。

於2006 年獲頒香港十大傑出青年，並於2012 年創立香港街頭月捐聯席為創會主席。

現為香港社會服務聯會執行委員會成員、內地事務督導委員會副主席，同時擔任關注婦女性暴力協會顧問、凝動香港體育基金籌款顧問，以及香港電台節目顧問團成員。

陳茂偉博士擁有超過20年財務及商業管理經驗，服務機構遍及大中華以及亞太地區之本地及全球高增長企業。陳博士自2011年加入許留山出任財務總裁一職，帶領集團擴張業務至中國、馬來西亞、南韓、越南、法國及北美地區；同時，他現為公司香港區總經理，負責香港及海外市場之發展事務。

陳博士擁有澳洲Curtin大學工商管理博士學位。他是全球特許管理會計師，英國資深特許管理會計師，香港及澳洲資深會計師，澳洲資深管理會計師 ，香港註冊稅務師及 註冊管理顧問。

除了對餐飲行業的貢獻外，陳博士亦對教育和會計及財務專業發展非常關注。他現為國際註冊專業會計師公會之北亞理事會理事及香港分會會長。陳博士亦是格里菲斯大學商學院策略諮詢委員會之國際委員，同時獲邀為該商學院客座教授。陳博士也為香港學術及資歷評審局出任財務專家。

憑藉陳博士對行業及教育的貢獻，於2016年，他分別榮獲格里菲斯商學院頒發之國際傑出校友獎及CGMA中國2016年度投資者親睞CFO殊榮，其成就獲得高度表揚。

Angela is a seasoned, innovative and energetic Executive Coach and HR professional with experience across the Asia Pacific in a diverse range of industries (luxury retail – LVMH, Lane Crawford, Coach; telecom – Sprint; financial news and publishing – Dow Jones; NGO – ORBIS the flying eye hospital; hospitality – Eaton Hotel Group etc.)

Angela currently is the Founder & Director of A.L Consulting. Her mission is to create a sustainable future in the areas of people and leadership development where A.L stands for 2 focused areas (Authenticity & Leadership). In her last role as Head of Human Resources for the Hong Kong Trade Development council (HKTDC) where she managed the HR function for 40 offices across 27 countries. Prior to that, she was appointed by the New York based luxury brand 'Coach' as Director, Human Resources for China. She was heavily involved in the brand's acquisition from its distributor and expansion into the Chinese market. She played an integral role in talent acquisition, helped to grow the team from 10 staff to over 100 in less than two years, as well as opening a number of retail shops spanning across Hong Kong, Macau and China. Her longest tenure was with the telecommunications company 'Sprint' where she managed the Asia Pacific operations, based in Hong Kong. Angela's most memorable role was with the NGO 'ORBIS', whose mission is to restore sight and she recruited HK's first volunteer ophthalmologist.

Angela has also successfully led projects in culture transformation, new leaders' assimilation and company re-organization. She brings to her cleints, whether through coaching, facilitation, mentoring or consulting, the personal attributes of integrity, respect, perseverance and commitment.
