18項工傷及職業病補償 下月中調高金額2%至19%

18項工傷及職業病的補償金額,由下月13日起提高,增幅介乎2.18%19.05%。今次調整涵蓋《僱員補償條例》、《肺塵埃沉着病及間皮瘤(補償)條例》及《職業性失聰(補償)條例》合共18項補償項目。其中首次申請聽力輔助器具的資助限額,由20,160元加至24,000元,增幅最多。

 

 

勞工處指,大部分補償項目的金額,通常會參照工資或物價變動調整,個別補償項目的金額亦會參照其他相關因素而調整;相信提高補償金額可為工傷僱員、職業病患者,以及死亡僱員或人士的家屬提供更佳保障。
