Personal Banking Manager / Relationship Manager (SME/Retail Banking) (PP)
Responsibilities:
  • Cross-sell other banking products and make referrals to relevant staff
  • Provide wealth management services for HNW Client or Credit analysis for SME client
  • Identify potential customers in order to sell integrated financial services packages and other general banking products, such as mortgages, credit cards, commercial credit line, etc.
  • To acquire new customers through sales and marketing activities
  • Maintain good relationship with both existing and new clients
Requirements: 
  • Minimum 1 year's relevant experience in banking or finance industry
  • IIQE Paper 1,2,3 is required
  • HKSI 1, 7, 8(will be prefer)
  • Pro-active, mature, independent, customer-focused, and pleasant
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, knowledge of Putonghua will be an advantage
