Responsibilities:
- Champion the one-stop personal banking services at branches
- Identify existing and prospective customers' needs of financial services, including both products & services
- Advisory to customers for general banking services and wealth management products including account opening, mortgage, credit card, personal loan and insurance
- Maintain good relationship with both existing and new customers
Requirement:
- University degree / Associate degree holders, or HKCEE / HKDSE holders with experience in Sales / Telemarketing / Teller / Insurance Agent / Customer Service, with exposure in banking projects an advantage
- Holding IIQE 1,2,3 and HKSI 1,7,8 are preferred
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua an advantage
