Executive Assistant to CEO(Ref# 066023)

Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Ensure timely preparation for meetings and events, including the preparation of materials and logistics

  • Project Management: Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives. Track project timelines and deliverables, ensuring alignment with company objectives

  • Travel Coordination: Arrange complex domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and visas. Handle travel-related expenses and reimbursements

  • Event Planning: Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and functions, ensuring seamless execution and positive attendee experience

  • Personal Task Management: Schedule and manage medical appointments, including coordinating with healthcare providers in a timely manner. Organize family and social activities as needed

  • ⁠Office Management: Oversee office operations and facilities management, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.Coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed.

  • Liaison Role: Serve as a liaison between the CEO and various stakeholders, including senior executives, board members, employees, clients, and investors. Foster positive relationships and ensure effective communication

  • Confidentiality and Discretion: Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion. Maintain professionalism and integrity in all interactions


Requirements

  • ⁠Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred

  • ⁠Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-suite executives in a publicly listed company

  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail

  • Discretion and ability to handle confidential information

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
