Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing IT technical support, troubleshooting services and helpdesk support for users, PC installation & configuration, software deployment, video conferencing and remote connectivity setup, monitoring Spam mail, anti-virus system, server storage and backup arrangement

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• 1 year of relevant experience

• Basic understanding of network and server-side infrastructure

• Helpful, diligent with good communication skills

• Good command of English and Chinese

• Immediate available is preferred

• Fresh graduate will also be considered
