Responsibilities

• Coordinate entire merchandising process activities in product development and production, such as orders, samples follow-up, sms arrangement, sample measurements and price arrangement

• Handle logistic arrangements and shipment issues with factories and clients

• Liaise with quality controllers for inspections and quality assurance

• Independently handle buyer interactions and maintain accurate records

• Source and support new 3D design software implementation

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• Minimum 2 years of experience in garment merchandising, preferably with a focus on handling brassiere / lingerie / underwear products

• Good communication skills, initiative, well-organized, open-minded and attention to detail

• Experience in order follow-up ranging from sample development to bulk production, especially working with European markets

• Efficient,  diligent, detail-oriented and proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin

• Possessing knowledge in design or product development would be advantageous, as this role emphasizes innovation and design
