Responsibilities:
- Lead to develop strategies for new products from idea generation, research, flavor development, package design to product launch
- Lead and monitor product development & renovation projects, coordinate with internal parties for project progress and ensure deadlines are met
- Conduct analysis to understand the market trend and product performance to identify opportunities and challenges for growth and development
- Develop annual marketing plans, execute consumer communication campaigns, and analyze market trends for business opportunities.
- Collaborate with agencies to gather consumer insights and direct advertising and promotion programs.
- Manage advertising and promotion budgets, negotiate with external parties, and supervise subordinates for project management.
- Drive new product strategies, oversee product development projects, and coordinate internal teams to meet deadlines.
- Drive the marketing campaigns through various channels, in-store activities and social media platforms, driving sales and evaluating campaign effectiveness.
- Response to customers’ enquiries and follow up issues
- Compile regular reports and participate in ad hoc assignments and projects
Requirements:
- University degree in Marketing or related discipline
- With 10 years FMCG marketing experience, with experience in food product development is a definite advantage
- With solid experience in market data analysis
- Proactive, detail-oriented and willing to work under pressure and take up new challenges
- Good business sense, logical mindset with good communication and project management skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, as well as computer applications, particularly MS Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese Word Processing
