Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize production efficiency

• Analyze production processes for cost reduction and efficiency improvements

• Maintain effective cost control measures within budgetary constraints

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance cost-effectiveness

• Implement and maintain a quality management system

• Ensure compliance with global standards (e.g., ISO 9001, Oeko-Tex)

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production efficiency and quality

• Design training programs for workforce development

• Manage procurement of raw materials and components

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives

• Lead and supervise operations professionals

• Address operational challenges and communicate effectively

• This position will be based in our factories in Southeast Asia

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• Proven managerial experience in intimate apparel manufacturing

• Strong understanding of production processes, cost control, and quality management

• Familiarity with global compliance systems and labor regulations

• Knowledge of industry certifications (e.g., ISO 9001, Oeko-Tex)

• Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills

• Proficiency in data analysis and lean manufacturing principles

• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment
