Responsibilities
Social Compliance
Assessment and Risk Mapping: Evaluating tier 1 and tier 2 suppliers for social compliance
Certificate Review and Analysis: Ensuring suppliers meet compliance standards
Supplier Training: Conducting on-site visits, training sessions, and follow-up audits
Document Management: Keeping the platform updated with the latest compliance documents
Certifications
Managing Applications and Renewals: Handling the company’s own certifications like Oekotex Standard 100 and GOTS.
Reviewing Supplier Certificates: Ensuring suppliers' certifications are up-to-date and compliant
Traceability & Transparency
Supply Chain Transparency: Leading efforts to trace and document the supply chain
Legal Compliance: Coordinating the implementation of relevant laws, such as AGEC
Cotton Traceability: Managing the traceability of cotton used in products
Carbon Footprint Analysis: Participating in projects to analyze and reduce the carbon footprint (LCA)
Other Ad-hoc Projects
Revising CSR Guidelines: Updating and supporting CSR guidelines and other documents (Code of conduct, Country black list)
New Initiatives: Engaging in various projects related to materials, products, packaging, upcycling, and communication
Requirements
DSE / Form 5 or above
Minimum 5-7 years’ experience with a strong understanding of the CSR/ESG ecosystem – ideally from manufacturer/brand of fashion/ready-to-wear/lingerie’ industry. Strong social compliance background required. Ability to carry on-site audits or re-audits is an advantage
Multi-tasking, Independent, Pro-active
Outstanding project management & communication skills. Ability to anticipate needs & challenges and react quickly
Fluent in English & Mandarin/Cantones
