Responsibilities

• Responsible for business growth and the direction and coordination of all merchandising activities for assigned product lines from sourcing, product development, order execution through delivery to meet customer needs and achieve business objectives

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• Minimum 10-15 years proven senior supervisory experience on various hardbags including 5 years hands on offshore sourcing

• Experience in trading or agent for handbags. Soft home and apparel experience an advantage

• Experience in offshore production is A MUST. Good vendor network

• Good knowledge on product standard and testing requirements

• Proven track record at developing mid-level and high-level contacts

• Good communication skill. Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese

• Pissess a strong sense of product interpretation from overseas briefs and online global market trends

• Able to manage cost, quality and delivery expectations as well as develop a sound vendor matrix

• Strong team management skills including oversee budgeting
