Responsibilities

• Work with sales manger to meet sales budget and achieving goals successfull

• Looking for potential customers and turning it into business growth

• Work closely with customers to understand their needs, requirements and the market trends in relevant products

• Prepare new developments and demonstrations to customers

• Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing and RND, to ensure customer satisfaction

• Assisting with the training and motivation of sales and merchandising team members for orders and resolving issue

• Manage and participate the operation and bulk order management

• Reporting on sales activities and results to the sales manager

Requirements

• Form 5 or above

• At least 5 years working experience in textile industry in Woven Fabric

• Strong solid selling skills and improving company international profile

• Strong communication (oral and written) skills and customer servicing mind-set

• Ability to work under tight schedule and pressure

• Require to manage and supervise subordinates effectively and efficiently

• Excellent command in English & Mandarin

• Immediate available is highly preferred
