Leasing Officer (Ref# 066297)

Responsibilities

  • Principally involved in the leasing of commercial and co-working spaces

  • Develop strategy in the leasing of available spaces

  • Handle leasing documents and negotiating with potential tenants and users 

  • Handle marketing activities such as promoting via difference media channels

  • Enhance the image of the group for leasing of commercial and co-working spaces

  • Promptly handle and respond the enquiries from website, email and phone 

  • Assist in the design of the spaces and the installation of the facilities


Requirements

  • DSE / Form 5 or above

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing or a similar role

  • Working experience in leasing. Preference will be given to those with experience in leasing and co-working spaces. Property management experience is a plus

  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients

  • Strong problem-solving and well organized, self-motivated and detail-oriented

  • Enthusiastic personality, Ability to work under pressure

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills

  • Immediate available is preferred
