Merchandise Executive (Ref# 065816)

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for OTB, product mix and assortment planning of babies/ kids products and accessories 

  • Work closely with internal departments including buying operation, inventory, and sales teams to ensure proper execution of assortment strategies

  • Maintain ERP system and prepare various kind of sales/ merchandise reports for management review 

  • Deploy effective stock replenishment and allocation plan in order to maintain optimal stock and SKU levels for each POS

  • Prepare the material that deliver seasonal product training to frontline team to ensure their product knowledge is up to standard 

  • Keep track the market trend and identify new brands to optimize category growth

  • Collect and analyze user feedback from merchants and other stakeholders, and recommend solutions to further improve product features and user experience


Requirements

  • DSE / Form 5 or above

  • 2-4 years of buying experience in e-commerce / retail industry preferably in Kids & Babies Apparels/ Hard Toys/ Soft Toys/ Essentials Category

  • High degree of business sense with strong analytical skills

  • Self-motivated, energetic, detail-minded, well-organized and able to work under pressure

  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills

  • A good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Independent and proactive

  • Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese
