Requirement

• Form 5 or above with minimum 10 years working experience in knit cut & sewn and/or woven garment

• Work experiences in a garment factory will be an advantage

• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin (Knowing Vietnamese language is advantageous)

• Ability to communicate with our local/overseas buyers /QC effectively from sample to bulk

• Ability to lead and train up the local merchandising department

• Knowledge of costing, sample to bulk follow up and negotiation with suppliers and customers

• Mature, independent, pro-active, responsible and stable

• Strong negotiation / presentation / problem solving skills and able to work under pressure

• Station in Vietnam factory (Hanoi)
