Responsibilities
Responsible for Purchase orders and follow up delivery
Responsible for import and export shipping including sea / air shipment and inland delivery in China
Prepare letter of credit drafts for clients, responsible for letter of credit documents and submission to banks
Responsible for Insurance application and claim processing
Communicating with customer for Import Customs processing and prepare required documents
Requirements
DSE / Form 5 or above
Minimum 3 years working experience
Professional knowledge in logistics and supply chain management
Solid experience in order processing
General understanding for Marine, EAR, Property and Inland Transportation Insurance
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing, KeeDee
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and positive
Responsible and eager to learn
Immediate available is preferred
Less experienced will be considered as Assistant Logistics Administrator
