Responsibilities

• Responsible for Purchase orders and follow up delivery

• Responsible for import and export shipping including sea / air shipment and inland delivery in China   

• Prepare letter of credit drafts for clients, responsible for letter of credit documents and submission to banks

• Responsible for Insurance application and claim processing

• Communicating with customer for Import Customs processing and prepare required documents

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• Minimum 3 years working experience

• Professional knowledge in logistics and supply chain management

• Solid experience in order processing

• General understanding for Marine, EAR, Property and Inland Transportation Insurance

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing, KeeDee

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated and positive

• Responsible and eager to learn

• Immediate available is preferred

• Less experienced will be considered as Assistant Logistics Administrator
