Responsibilities

• Product Development, Prototyping, Sampling, Preparing & Issuing Sample Orders with customers, suppliers, and factory departments

• Color Lab dips, Logo & Embellishment strike-offs, and approvals

• Costly and Negotiation with trim & accessory suppliers

• Preparing inspection schedule for shipment and notifying the quality department of the customer or a third party QA depending on the agreed-upon format

• Update Time and Action (WIP) calendar for the customers

• Will be required to be frequent travel to factory 

• May be expected to travel overseas on customer visits and attending trade shows, vendor summits, etc.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma holder in Textile/Fashion or related discipline

• Must be fluent in both English & Putonghua languages

• Must be proficient in the use of computers, search engines, MS Office, etc.

• Should have a minimum of 5 years of merchandising experience in the garment manufacturing industry

• Should have ample knowledge about the manufacturing processes and supply chain components
