Responsibilities

• Explore new business opportunities among the existing or new customers

• Responsible for nurturing relationships with clients delivering excellent customer service.

• Serve as a link between the clients and different departments in our company, identifying and communicating new business opportunities, and ensuring that customer expectations are met. 

• Travelling is required

• Liaise with internal and external parties to keep tracking the sampling and production to meet business goals & requirements

• Assist in ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• 1-2 years’ experience in sales, marketing, account servicing or business development; less experience will also be considered

• Working experience in printing / label / Packaging / Apparel trims industry would be an advantage

• Well communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Self-initiative and willing to learn

• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software
