Responsibilities
Independently follow up orders from placement to shipment
Independently communicate with oversea suppliers and buyers
Work closely with suppliers for monitoring orders status
Provide clear anf updated information to internal and external parties
Provide support to generate logistic options
Manage purchasing data (price / lead time / MOQ etc.) in the system
Support cost management and order management tasks for the allocated suppliers
Support supplier performanace review an follow-up
Support supplier commercial relationship establishment and management
Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Company
Requirements
DSE / Form 5 or above
3 years’ experience in merchandising
Knowledge and experience in cost management and supplier management preferred
Experience in purchasing data collection and analysis preferred
Strong in MS Office, Outlook, SharePoint
Experience in ERP system
Proficiency in written / spoken English and Putonghua
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, able to meet deadlines
