Responsibilities

• Independently follow up orders from placement to shipment

• Independently communicate with oversea suppliers and buyers

• Work closely with suppliers for monitoring orders status

• Provide clear anf updated information to internal and external parties

• Provide support to generate logistic options

• Manage purchasing data (price / lead time / MOQ etc.) in the system

• Support cost management and order management tasks for the allocated suppliers

• Support supplier performanace review an follow-up

• Support supplier commercial relationship establishment and management

• Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Company

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• 3 years’ experience in merchandising

• Knowledge and experience in cost management and supplier management preferred

• Experience in purchasing data collection and analysis preferred

• Strong in MS Office, Outlook, SharePoint

• Experience in ERP system

• Proficiency in written / spoken English and Putonghua

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated, able to meet deadlines

• Immediate available
