Responsibilities:
- Provide general office IT support on daily operations
- Handle user inquiries, technical troubleshooting and support
- Provide daily routine servers and workstation checking
- Providing support to Windows/Linux servers and VMware infrastructure
- Support end user for solving issues in their PC/mobile operating systems (OS), hardware, applications
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma / Degree holder in Information Technology or equivalent
- Has 1 year of relevant work experience gained with the financial institution is highly preferred
- Good communication skills including spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Knowledge in Operating System (such as Linux / Windows Server / Unix), Database and network
- Able to work independently and maintain good customer service
