PRA Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

 

- **Product Roadmap Development**: 

Create and maintain product roadmaps to support the development and implementation of AI-driven automation products across various IT teams.

 

- **Stakeholder Collaboration**: 

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to devise comprehensive automation strategies, establish standards, and define adoption requirements.

 

- **Trend Analysis**: 

Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in automation, making informed recommendations for adoption within the organization.

 

- **Quality Assurance**: 

Define product acceptance criteria and continuous improvement metrics to ensure the quality and effectiveness of automation solutions.

 

- **Documentation Management**:

Create and maintain up-to-date documentation for automated processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and compliance.

 

Qualification Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree of computer science/ Engineering/ Science
  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant IT experience in roles such as Automation Business Analyst/Specialist or similar functions.
  • Hands-on experience in product management for AI-driven automation solutions, with prior exposure to Agentic Automation, Workforce Intelligence, and Autopilot. Or Experience with driving Automation platform/ COE also welcome
  • Proficient in automation tools and applications such as UiPath, SAP iRPA, Power Automate, Blue Prismetc.
  • Knowledgeable about governance, adoption, and training related to RPA, Power Platform, or other shared service applications within enterprise IT environments.
  • Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles and experience with agile project management practices.
  • Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools for reporting and visualization, along with a strong understanding of data quality reporting methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to effectively share information across diverse business streams.
  • Willingness to embrace change proactively and drive initiatives that lead to positive outcomes.
  • Working knowledge of project management principles with experience in business process reviews.
  • Experience in the aviation industry is advantageous but not required.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
