Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business & workflow requirements, and reporting needs.

• Perform data manipulation, cleansing for various business and daily operations.

• Utilize advanced Excel functions and develop VBA macros to perform data validation/manipulation and automate repetitive processing tasks.

• Document the processing procedures and create user manuals

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• At least 1 year relevant experience in banking business and operations.

• Preferably with exposure in risk management, operations control and/or audit in banks or financial institutions.

• Strong interpersonal relationship track record within IT and internal clients.
