Responsibilities

• Arrange and supervise product inspection and testing activities to ensure quality and conformance to specifications and deliverables

• Assist in monitoring risk management procedures, maintain problem logs, and report identified issues to support preventive action during development and corrective action at production

• Be responsible for the investigation of product quality issues and coordinate the resolution process in accordance with customer guidelines and regulatory requirements

• Improve or update procedures for capturing, investigating, and documenting product complaints. Perform root cause analysis and propose solutions for implementation in our factories

• Provide training and guidance to quality assurance team members on systems, policies, procedures, and core processes

• Track, document, and report on quality metrics to the management

• Implement KPIs and scorecards for evaluation and continuous improvement

• Recommend best practices for testing, inspection, defect management, and quality improvement programs

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• Experience in the sweater industry is an added advantage

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English

• Ability to work independently and collaborate with other departments to ensure effective implementation of quality standards and principles

• Proficiency in quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

• Commitment to continuous improvement by pursuing new solutions, technologies, and skills

• Well-versed in QMS and technical audits

• Overseas business travel is required
