Responsibilities
Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues with car park management systems, including access control, payment kiosks, and revenue reporting
Perform regular system monitoring, maintenance, and updates to ensure optimal performance
Liaise with clients and stakeholders to understand their technical requirements and provide effective solutions
Collaborate with the IT team to implement new systems and features in line with business needs
Maintain detailed documentation and provide training to end-users as required
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the car park management industry
Coordinate with mainland technical team for technical support, resolution and deployment arrangement
Requirements
DSE / Form 5 or above
Minimum 1 years of experience in a technical support or IT engineering role
Fresh Graduate is considerable
Strong understanding of hardware and software troubleshooting, network administration, and system maintenance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and stakeholders
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality technical solutions
Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex issues
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
