Key Responsibilities
- Manage, maintain and ensuring the healthiness of various digital applications and experiences in production
- Troubleshoot and maintain configurations and/or scripts for deployment and starting executables
- Conduct data analysis and identify pain points and duplication within current processes and propose potential changes and improvements and their impacts to support effective decision-making and implementation plans.
- Engage with colleagues to provide relevant business knowledge, context and understanding to help provide and optimise commercial solutions.
Requirement:
- Experienced in digital kiosk IT solutions is a plus
- Knowledge of SQL for database querying
- At least 2-3 years experience in IT field
- Proficient in Windows/ Mobile Applications
