Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from candidate sourcing, interview arrangement , managing job offer process and salary packages negotiation
- Developing and sustaining good relationships with clients as well as to supporting their hiring needs
- Responsible for sourcing talent across different channels
- Arrange interviews, ensuring candidates are fully briefed and providing regular communications and feedback
The ideal candidate:
- Degree holder or above in any discipline
- Result-driven, optimistic personality is highly preferred
- 1 year of working experiences in recruitment/ sales/ business development experience is highly preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- More experience will be considered as Senior Recruitment Consultant
