Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain AEM solutions for clients, focusing on best practices, scalability, and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, content authors, and project managers, to ensure seamless AEM project delivery.
- Develop custom AEM components, templates, and workflows to meet clients' specific business requirements.
- Optimize AEM instances for search engine visibility, mobile responsiveness, and accessibility.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AEM, integrations, and third-party tools.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest AEM releases, features, and best practices, and share knowledge with the team.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of our AEM development methodologies and processes.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Proficient in AEM Sites, AEM Communities, and AEM Assets.
- Strong understanding of AEM architecture, including Dispatcher, CQ5, OSGi, and Sling.
- Experience with AEM headless CMS and API development.
- Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js) and templating languages (HTL, JSP).
- Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience working with offshore developement team
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
