Business development Manager ( Real Estate Service)
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Strategic Sales Leadership**: Craft and execute innovative sales strategies tailored to the real estate sector that align with organizational objectives and drive significant revenue growth, particularly in government contracts.
- **Stakeholder Relationship Management**: Build and nurture influential relationships with key decision-makers in government agencies, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and objectives to enhance service delivery.
- **Tender Proposal Excellence**: Manage the entire process of tender submissions, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements while effectively addressing client specifications.
- **Market Insight and Analysis**: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities, positioning our organization as a frontrunner in real estate solutions for government clients.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with technical and operational teams to seamlessly integrate client requirements into our product and service offerings.
- **Performance Metrics and Reporting**: Analyze sales performance and market feedback to provide actionable insights and regular updates to senior leadership on business development initiatives.
 
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven success in technical sales and business development within the real estate sector, especially in securing government contracts.
- Strong track record in managing complex tender processes and navigating government procurement regulations.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to engage clients effectively.
- Ability to thrive both independently and within collaborative team environments.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
