Job Description:
- Prepare sales quotations and reports.
- Provide comprehensive clerical and administrative support to the Assistant General Manager.
- Update the client list and maintain the system database.
- Address customer inquiries.
- Perform various ad hoc duties as assigned, including potential outdoor assignments.
Requirements:
- Degree holder with at least 2 years of relevant experience in any field.
- High proficiency in MS Office applications, including Chinese word processing.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
- Independent and capable of working under pressure.
- Self-motivated individual.
- Valid driving license. ( Not a must)
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
