Responsibilities:
- Manage leasing and tenancy of F&B portfolio
- Build and maintain relationships with landlords, and business partners
- Collaborate with developers and owners to acquire suitable sites
- Contracts & budget management for rental of shops
- Conduct site analysis, market research, and evaluate premises performance for lease renewals and new evaluations
- Oversee leasing administration, including tenancy agreement reviews and compliance correspondence
Requirements:
- University graduates in related discipline
- At least 3-5 years' experience in Food and Beverage leasing
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Self-motivated and dynamic with good communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in MS Words, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
